Blue Angels

The Navy Blue Angels have been in existence since 1946 performing for more than 484 million fans.  Their mission is to showcase the pride and professionalism of the United States Navy and Marine Corps by inspiring a culture of excellence and service to country through flight demonstrations and community outreach.  The Blue Angels use the F/A-18 Hornet to showcase the fleet’s ability.  The fleet performs over 30 airshows per year at various locations across the United States.  Starting each show with the Blue Angels’ C-130, known as Fat Albert, followed by the famous Diamond Formation, and closing with the renowned six-jet Delta Formation.
